His real estate career began in 2001, when he was named rookie of the year at Remax. He went on to become executive sales director for recognized groups, including Groupe Cholette, selling triplex projects, condo towers, and custom luxury homes, and representing Canadian developers at real estate shows in France and Spain.

He now counts more than 1,000 completed transactions across Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, and the Laurentians, and holds the title of Global Luxury & Development Chairman within The Agency network for 2024-2025. He's regularly called on by TVA Nouvelles and LCN as a Montreal real estate market analyst.

Outside real estate, Vianney co-founded La Chasse-Galerie, a restaurant in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, and appeared three times on the show Un souper presque parfait, where his score went unbeaten for over five years. In 2021, he ran for Montreal city council with Ensemble Montréal. He also speaks publicly about a serious health crisis he went through several years ago, which became a turning point for his personal and professional discipline.

The name Better Call V comes from a nickname his family has called him since childhood — now the signature of his direct, close way of working with clients.
